The foundation of PECHS Valencia was laid in the late 1980s<\/strong> under the Cooperative Housing Societies Act, with the vision of providing affordable, legal, and secure residential plots to overseas Pakistanis returning home. The project was initiated by a group of professionals and community leaders, many of whom were expatriates themselves, who sought to create a trustworthy housing scheme free from the speculative risks and delays common in the real estate market.<\/div>

    Mid-1990s:<\/strong> Initial development of residential blocks and infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2000s:<\/strong> Rapid expansion with underground electricity, water supply, sewerage system, and road network.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2010s-Present:<\/strong> Digitalization of records, improved governance, enhanced resident services, and modern urban planning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The society is now governed by an elected management committee under the supervision of the Registrar Cooperative Societies<\/strong>, Punjab. PECHS Valencia continues to maintain a strong reputation for transparency, community welfare, and infrastructure quality.<\/div>
